These are Stata .dta versions of the FRB SCF files. These are links 
pointing to ../dta but without the problematic "i4" and "i6" which makes 
loops a problem. The data is exactly as downloaded from the FRB website but 
converted to Stata .dta format, only the filenames are different.

These files are merged with the txpydataNN output of the nber.sas program 
to create the ../bytaxunit files.
